A cream made with 40% carefully selected, high-quality pistachios. An excellent cream for any type of dessert recipe, crafted using traditional methods. Bronte Dolci cream is the result of a careful and meticulous pistachio processing method.
The characteristics of our pistachio cream make it unique:
- 40% PISTACHIO – Our cream contains 40% pistachio, giving our pistachio cream a bold and rich flavor;
- TRADITIONAL RECIPE – Thanks to the careful selection of high-quality pistachios and the perfect balance with white chocolate, this recipe guarantees a bold, typically Mediterranean flavor!
- ARTISANAL PRODUCTION – It contains only a very small amount of preservatives, making this cream low in fat, light, sweet, and easy to digest!
