Filled Pistachio Panettone
Bronte Dolci’s pistachio-filled panettone is made according to a strictly traditional recipe, upholding the highest possible standards of artisanal pastry-making.
The dough, which has risen for about 48 hours, is particularly soft and has a fine, airy texture; it is fragrant and very fluffy, made with carefully selected natural ingredients.
The filling in our pistachio panettone is absolutely delicious, thanks to a double pistachio filling inside: cubes of pure pistachio paste mixed with sugar and pistachio cream. Both fillings are made with top-quality pistachios—toasted and incredibly fragrant—and boast an inimitable flavor. In just a few bites, you’ll experience the full, intense flavor of pistachios in a variety of textures.
Bronte Dolci specializes in pistachio-based products, so much so that it offers as many as four varieties of pistachio panettone:
- Glazed pistachio panettone;
- Pistachio panettone with a jar of cream;
- Maodica Pistachio and Chocolate Panettone.

INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour, pistachio paste and sugar 12.4% (pistachios 50%, sugar), butter (contains milk), egg yolk, sugar, pistachio cream 11.2% [pistachios 40%, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (sunflower oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter)], sugar, skim milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, antioxidant: E300 ascorbic acid, preservative: E202 potassium sorbate, flavoring (vanillin), colors: copper chlorophyllin and curcumin], natural yeast, white chocolate coating 6% (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla extract) and chopped pistachios 1%, honey, invert sugar, salt, emulsifier: (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), acidifier: acetic acid, vanilla flavoring, flavorings.
It does not contain raisins or candied citrus peel. May contain traces of grains, soy, milk and milk products, and other tree nuts. The highlighted ingredients may cause reactions in people with allergies or intolerances.
