CLASSIC PANETTONE
The Classic Panettone is the traditional, classic Panettone. Our Panettone undergoes a double fermentation process lasting more than 48 hours, is made exclusively with active sourdough starter, and is filled with Sultanina raisins and candied orange peel. The dough is extremely soft, and the flavor is elegant yet bold. Our classic Panettone is a very rich yet extremely easy-to-digest treat, thanks to the long proofing process and the use of high-quality ingredients. It contains no preservatives, emulsifiers, artificial flavors, or vegetable fats. It is a 100% artisanal Panettone, made entirely by hand with passion, in keeping with the Italian pastry-making tradition dating back to 1882.
A delicious and original way to enjoy our panettone is to try it with our Modica chocolate cream, which pairs well with the flavor of classic panettone.

INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour, sultanas 14% (raisins, cottonseed oil), butter, Almond and hazelnut glaze 11% (sugar, egg white, almonds 13% corresponding to 1.5% of the total, hazelnuts 6% corresponding to 0.7% of the total, rice flour), egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast, candied citrus peel 7% (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, dextrose, acidifier: citric acid), honey, invert sugar, salt, emulsifier: (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) – acidifier: acetic acid, vanilla flavoring, flavorings.
May contain traces of other tree nuts, soy, and sulfites. The highlighted ingredients may cause reactions in people with allergies or intolerances.
