Our Pistachio and Modica Chocolate Panettone celebrates the union of two culinary masterpieces from Sicily: pistachios on one hand, and Modica IGP chocolate on the other. This combination results in a unique and flavorful pastry creation. With this Panettone, you can savor the irresistible flavor of pistachio combined with the unique taste of Modica chocolate—a very intense chocolate made using a special cold-processing method. A strictly artisanal product, soft and wonderfully fragrant, made with all-natural leavening and free of artificial colors and preservatives. To make Modica’s Pistachio and Chocolate Panettone truly irresistible, warm it up for a few minutes before serving—you’ll be captivated by its texture and the aroma that fills the air. So, slice the panettone right at the table to create a visually appealing presentation: use a long knife with a serrated blade, then transfer the slices with a cake server.
Panettone shelf life: 4 months from the date of production. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume as soon as possible. Store in a cool, dry place. The product will remain in good condition for up to 1 month after opening, provided that the storage requirements listed above are followed.

Ingredients: SOFT WHEAT flour, butter (contains MILK), sugar, PISTACHIO cream 12.4% (PISTACHIO 40%, sugar, vegetable oils and fats (oils (sunflower), fats (coconut, cocoa)), skim MILK powder (7.2%), MILK whey powder, emulsifier E322 sunflower lecithin, flavorings), EGG yolk, natural sourdough starter (type 0 SOFT WHEAT flour, water), “Modica IGP Chocolate” 8.2% (cocoa paste (55% min), sugar), dark chocolate 4.6% (cocoa paste; sugar; cocoa butter; emulsifier: SOY lecithin), emulsifier: E 471 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) – acidifier E 260: acetic acid, wildflower honey, invert sugar syrup, salt, chopped PISTACHIOS 0.2%, flavorings.
It does not contain raisins or candied citrus peel.
