Our artisanal pistachio pasta is made with 10% carefully selected pistachios and high-quality semolina flour, giving it a unique and delicious flavor.
Our pasta is made without artificial colorings and undergoes a long drying process to preserve the quality and nutritional properties of the wheat. The shape we offer is Caserecce, one of the most appreciated artisanal pistachio pasta formats among our customers.
Our pistachio pasta cooks in just 8 minutes, allowing you to enjoy a delicious and flavorful first course, perfectly paired with our pistachio pesto and chopped pistachios.
A quick and easy recipe for you
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
400 g Artisanal Pistachio Pasta (Caserecce shape);
190 g Brontedolci Pistachio Pesto;
Chopped pistachios, to taste;
Salt, to taste.
PREPARATION
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Cook the pistachio pasta according to the cooking time indicated on the package.
Drain the pasta when it is almost fully cooked, keeping it al dente.
Return the pasta to the pot over low heat, add the pistachio pesto and stir well for about 30 seconds, ensuring the sauce evenly coats the pasta.
For an even creamier and richer dish, you can mix a little ricotta cheese with the pesto.
Serve and finish with a sprinkle of chopped pistachios.
