Our 1-kilo stuffed pistachio Colomba is a pure, artisanal pistachio delight. It’s naturally leavened, giving it an extraordinary softness and airy texture. The dough is studded with cubes of pistachio paste and sugar, topped with white chocolate glaze and chopped pistachios, and filled with an irresistible pistachio cream filling.

INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour, pistachio paste and sugar 12.4% (pistachios 50%, sugar), butter (contains milk), egg yolk, sugar, pistachio cream 11.2% [pistachios 40%, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (sunflower oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter), sugar, skim milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavoring (vanillin), colors: copper chlorophyllin and curcumin], natural yeast, white chocolate coating 6% (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla extract) and chopped pistachios 1%, honey, invert sugar, salt, emulsifier: (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), acidifier: acetic acid, vanilla flavoring, flavorings.
It does not contain raisins or candied citrus peel.
