Lemon Colomba
Lemons are one of the fruits that symbolize our Sicily. Until the early 20th century, Sicilian lemons were among the most important specialties in global citrus production.
Lemons shipped from Acireale or the province of Syracuse used to reach as far as Russia. Today, although the market has shrunk in terms of export volume, Sicilian lemons remain among the best in terms of quality, and we use them to create irresistible desserts.
Our lemon colomba has a light and soft dough scented with Sicilian lemons, topped with a delicious glaze made of the finest white chocolate and tasty candied lemon zest.
Inside the box, there is a separate jar of fresh and delicious lemon cream that will help you fill your Colomba cake to perfection.

Preservatives: +SULPHUR DIOXIDE), White chocolate (sugar; cocoa butter; whole MILK powder; emulsifier: SOY lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring), candied lemon peels 0.7% (lemon peels 59.2% (0.41% of total), glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice 0.4%, (0.003% of total) dextrose), honey, invert sugar, salt, emulsifier: (Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids) – Acidifier: acetic acid, vanilla flavouring, flavourings.
