Description
CHOCOLATE COLOMBA
A soft, 1-kg chocolate Colomba cake, naturally leavened for over two days with pure sourdough starter, rich in dark chocolate throughout the dough and topped with a crunchy almond glaze and a cascade of melted dark chocolate chips.
Carefully selected natural Sicilian almonds, combined with pieces of select dark chocolate—a flavor pairing that makes this colomba one of the most delicious creations to try among those produced by Bronte Dolci.
If you heat it for a few minutes or place it near a heat source, it will release even more of its full flavor and aromas. Delicious and incredibly tasty—try it and see for yourself. A masterpiece of indulgence to make every day of your Easter celebrations even more special.
