Our 1-kg pistachio Colomba is made according to an old traditional recipe. The soft, airy dough is characterized by small cubes of pistachio paste and sugar, and is topped with white chocolate and chopped pistachios.
After a long rising period, an hour of baking, and a full 24 hours of resting upside down, the Dolci Bronte Pistachio Colomba is born. In this version, the filling does not contain cream; instead, it comes with a jar of pistachio cream containing 40% natural pistachios.
A light and fluffy pistachio colomba cake topped with a sweet white chocolate glaze and chopped pistachios. A delicate treat where tradition meets the distinctive flavors of Sicilian nuts.
