Classic Colomba<\/strong><\/p>\n

The classic Colomba is the quintessential Easter dessert.<\/strong> It\u2019s a cloud of butter, eggs, and flour<\/strong> topped with an almond-sugar glaze<\/strong> that, at the first bite, offers a slight crunch followed by incredible fluffiness! Inside our 1-kg Colomba, made with 100% active sourdough starter<\/strong> and undergoes a double fermentation<\/strong> process lasting more than 48 hours<\/strong>, you won\u2019t find whole candied fruit pieces, as our recipe calls for them to be finely chopped and mixed into the dough to give our Colomba a unique and natural orange aroma without being overpowering on the palate. <\/p>\n

Our Colomba is very rich yet refined in flavor and extremely easy to digest, thanks to the long rising process and the use of high-quality ingredients. It contains no preservatives, processed ingredients, flavorings, or vegetable fats. It is 100% artisanal <\/strong>and therefore made entirely by hand.<\/p>\n
