CHOCOLATE COLOMBA<\/strong><\/p>\n

A soft, 1-kg chocolate Colomba cake, naturally leavened for over two days with pure sourdough starter, rich in dark chocolate throughout the dough and topped with a crunchy almond glaze and a cascade of melted dark chocolate chips.<\/p>\n
