BRONTE DOLCI – PISTACHIO PESTO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bronte Dolci Pistachio Pesto is made using traditional artisanal methods, with 55% carefully selected pistachios, and is prepared according to the traditional recipe in our pastry shop.<\/p>\n

Select-quality extra virgin olive oil combines with chopped pistachios in a mixture you\u2019ll never tire of savoring. Oil, pistachios, salt, and pepper: simple, high-quality ingredients that add a special touch to a pesto that will thrill you! <\/p>\n

Directions for use:<\/strong><\/p>\n

A fantastic sauce for pasta and bruschetta. But it also pairs surprisingly well with fish and meat fillets, and as an accompaniment to hearty main courses. <\/p>\n

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:<\/strong><\/div>\n
400 g penne;<\/div>\n
Brontedolci Pesto, 190 g;<\/div>\n
Chopped pistachios, to taste;<\/div>\n
Salt, to taste.<\/div>\n

PREPARATION:<\/strong><\/div>\n
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.<\/div>\n
Let’s cook the pasta for the amount of time indicated on the package.<\/div>\n
Drain the pasta when it is almost fully cooked, keeping it al dente.<\/div>\n

Return the pasta to the pot over low heat, add the pistachio pesto and stir well for about 30 seconds, ensuring the sauce evenly coats the pasta.<\/div>\n
If you’d like, you can also mix in a little ricotta with the pesto, which adds extra creaminess and flavor to the dish.<\/div>\n
