INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:<\/p>\n

400 g Artisanal Pistachio Pasta (Caserecce shape);<\/div>\n

190 g Brontedolci Pistachio Pesto;<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Chopped pistachios, to taste;<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Salt, to taste.<\/div>\n

PREPARATION<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Cook the pistachio pasta according to the cooking time indicated on the package.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Drain the pasta when it is almost fully cooked, keeping it al dente.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Return the pasta to the pot over low heat, add the pistachio pesto and stir well for about 30 seconds, ensuring the sauce evenly coats the pasta.<\/div>\n
